What size bracelet do I need? How do I measure my wrist?
Almost all of our pieces come in a variety of sizes, therefore, it is very important to choose the size that fits you best from the start. This also helps to make sure you won’t have to deal with any unnecessary exchanges later on. All of our bracelets come in three sizes:
- Small - Fits up to a 7 in (17.8 cm) wrist.
- Medium - Fits up to a 7 ½ in (19.1 cm) wrist.
- Large - Fits up to an 8 in (20.3 cm) wrist.
Although these three sizes cover the majority of people’s wrists, we do understand that you may not fit into one of these lengths. This isn’t a problem, however, as we are more than willing to help make a piece that fits according to your needs. Feel free to contact us here if you have any questions pertaining to this.
For those of you who don’t know the size of your wrist, we have a very easy method for helping you measure. Take a piece of string or paper, and wrap it around your wrist, right above your wrist bone (the side closest to your elbow, as seen below).
From there, measure the string/paper with a ruler, rounding up to the nearest half-inch/centimeter. If you happen to fall exactly on one of the sizes mentioned above, we recommend still rounding up to the next half-inch/centimeter. That’s all there is to it!

How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
All of our pieces are assembled in house in our Las Vegas studio, and are made to order. As such, please allow up to 2 weeks at the latest for jewelry to arrive (however, most pieces arrive within 1 week on average).
Do your pieces come with any warranties?
Yes, all of our pieces come with at least one 30-day warranty. To learn more about them, please see the “Warranties” section located at the bottom of our “Returns/Exchanges/Warranties” page here.
Will my order have any additional taxes/tariffs?
For all international customers (non-US customers), your order may be subject to additional tax fees. In this case, it is up to the buyer to cover said fees.
What if my package is lost/stolen/damaged?
We are not responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping company, and you will need to file a claim with your local mail carrier for a refund. However, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us here and we'll do our best to help you out with the situation.
Is there any way I change a specific part of a piece I’m ordering?

Is there anything special I need to do to keep my jewelry clean?
To keep the luster of your jewelry for as long as possible, we recommend keeping your pieces out of water and humid conditions as often as possible. Aside from this, we also suggest using a dry cloth (preferably a jewelry cloth) to polish your jewelry whenever you deem necessary.
Do you offer currency conversion?
